IREM Boston Holds Golf Tournament

Quincy, MA – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 recently held its 23rd Annual IREM Golf Tournament at Granite Links Golf Club on Sept. 13.

A cocktail reception featuring raffles, prizes, a silent auction, and music immediately followed the tournament. A portion of the proceeds benefited the IREM Foundation, the chapter’s charity for 2021.

The IREM Foundation offers scholarships and grants to members of the organization, and conducts frequent student and industry outreach in an effort to ensure that everyone has access to a promising career in real estate management and can benefit from the great educational offerings IREM offers.

First place winners of the golf tournament included Lenny Delvecchio, Tony Carter, Jacob Hillman, and Tim Potter.  The foursome of A.C. Cahill, Don Ward, Lenny Malcolm, and Whinty Price came in second; Jason Pinto, Tyler Wolstenholme, Ian Power, and Scott Herfindahl came in third. Anna Cristofori was a double winner in the women’s Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests.  Galvin Miles won the Closest to the Pin honors for the men, and IREM Chapter Treasurer William Woodward won the men’s Longest Drive.

A cornhole tournament was also held for non-golfers. Cory MacIsaac and Brandon Tang, both of Trinity Management Company, bested 18 other participants for first place.
