Everett, MA – A.W. Perry announced an acquisition of a 6,500sf office and industrial building on a 21,000sf lot located at 15 Garden Street.
The property is adjacent to A.W. Perry’s existing properties at 373 and 383 Second St., Everett, a 20,000sf industrial building on a 1.58-acre lot which Perry purchased in 2017. This purchase also follows another one of the firm’s acquisitions in the Boston metro-north sub-market, a 17-acre industrial campus in Lynn’s waterfront district.
