Deidre Raimo
Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced it hired Deidre Raimo in the role of asset management associate.
Raimo joined Procopio in April, bringing more than eight years of expertise in leasing, marketing, and business management. Before Procopio, she held the role of community manager for Greystar, where she worked closely with the Procopio team on its Caldwell project in Lynn.
According to the firm’s representatives, Raimo’s extensive background in the leasing and marketing of institutional multifamily assets will aid Procopio as it enters a critical phase of growth, with active projects in Lynn, Beverly, Wilmington, Winthrop, and Gloucester, Mass.; Portland, Maine; and Windham, N.H.; and a planned expansion nationally.
