Rachael Montosi
Boston – Rachael Montosi, senior project manager at Kaplan Construction, has been named one of the 2019 Women in Construction by the editorial board at Constructech Magazine.
Recipients were honored at the fifth annual awards dinner in Chicago in August.
Montosi has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to developing and overseeing proposals, cost estimates, and schedules, she is responsible for phasing and logistics plans, appropriating materials and personnel, conducting contract negotiations, and working closely with all project stakeholders to ensure the success of her projects.
Montosi has become a thought leader in many of the company’s technology-driven processes, most notably helping to deploy a new cloud-based construction management software application for the company.
