Product Development Firm Expands Office Space

Beverly, MA – Goddard has increased its footprint at 100 Cummings Center in Beverly from 11,000sf to 23,000sf.

The firm specializes in the development of medical devices, life sciences technologies, and industrial robotics. Goddard’s expansion in Cummings Center will enable it to provide new services for its clients, including low-volume manufacturing.

Goddard has been leasing with Cummings’ for 23 years and has expanded on the campus more than 10 times. In addition to performing a custom buildout of the manufacturing space, Cummings installed a material lift above the loading dock outside Goddard’s suite. It also adapted the firm’s original space to allow for staff expansion.

Mary Carroll, Cummings Properties senior account manager, worked with Goddard’s founder and owner, Andrew Goddard, on the expansion.

“Cummings’ ability to move quickly to support client growth makes it an ideal partner for any business with evolving space needs,” said Carroll. “With our dedicated in-house design and construction teams, we continually come up with creative solutions to address client needs.”
