Middleton, MA – Polar Design Build, Inc. announced it has been selected to complete a 34,000sf showroom, office and service area for Kenworth Northeast in Middleton.
Kenworth Northeast is a full-service dealership including showroom, parts, and service. Spanning from New York to Rhode Island, Kenworth Northeast is committed to provide its customers with the best medium and heavy-duty trucks, service, and quality parts.
Polar Design Build will be acting as the general contractor for the project. They have selected Maugel DeStefano Architects, Flood Consulting and CBC Engineers for the ground up building.
The facility will be constructed out of CMU block and insulated panels and will feature 8-inch concrete slab, full sprinkler system throughout, LED lights, 11 service bays, a fabrication area, component rebuild area, state inspection bays and wash bays as well as radiant heated flooring in the service areas.
