Scituate, MA – Dakota Partners recently secured all permits and closed on the property at 96 Stockbridge Rd. in Scituate. Construction on the new market rate and workforce housing development, Stockbridge Landing, commenced in spring 2020.
Stockbridge Landing is comprised of 68 two-bedroom townhouse-style condominiums. Fifty-one units will be sold at market rate and 17 will be entered into the affordable housing lottery for workforce families.
The townhouses will each have their own aesthetic appeal with seven different floorplans available to choose from. Units will also feature hardwood floors, Andersen Energy Star-rated windows, stainless steel appliances and a Heat & Glo gas fireplace with stone tile surround and a wood mantel. There will be optional finish upgrades available. Once it’s completed, Stockbridge Landing will also include a clubhouse for all residents to use.
Stockbridge Landing is located just 25 miles south of Boston. Scituate has five public beaches, proximity to two major highways, the MBTA commuter rail and commuter boat services.
