Pare Promotes Five

Lincoln, RI—Pare Corporation  announced the five promotions.

Michael Rongione, P.E.  has been promoted to vice president.  Over his 27-year career Rongione has worked on a

number of underground structural projects, most notably the Central Artery “Big Dig” in Boston. the past 17 years at Pare has encompassed structural design of numerous new schools and healthcare facilities, design/build projects

Brandon Blanchard, P.E., has been promoted to managing engineer in the environmental division. He has been with the firm for  14 years, and  is serving as the deputy program manager for Pare’s role in the design of the Narragansett Bay Commission’s $800-million Phase III CSO program.

David Elwell

Kevin Champagne, P.E., has been promoted to managing engineer in the civil division.  He has been with the firm for 18 years and has worked on projects such as the Providence Water Operations Center and several design/build assignments for New England Construction.

David Elwell, P.E., has been promoted to managing engineer in the transportation division. His major clients have included RIDOT, MassDOT, and the Providence & Worcester Railroad. He is experienced in the performance of existing condition surveys, testing and material analyses, computer modeling, load ratings, structural design for new facilities, and remedial modifications of older structures.

Gregory Berube, P.E., has been promoted to managing engineer in the transportation division, focusing on projects across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  He has over 24 years
