Quincy, MA – NeighborWorks Housing Solutions (NHS) has announced this year’s Opening Doors Changing Lives Gala, which is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 3 at the Granite Links Golf Club in Quincy.
The fully in-person gala will begin with a cocktail reception at 6:00 p.m. and feature lively games, a silent auction, dinner, and an engaging program.
“We are especially grateful to NEI General Contracting who, in partnership with us, have committed in a transformative way,” said Serenity Belo, director of resource development at NHS. “All of our sponsors and partners have truly stepped up to make this event exciting and impactful.”
In addition to NEI General Contracting, Silicon Valley Bank, Bank of Canton, Curtis Construction, and Dellbrook|JKS are lead sponsors of the gala.
“We are excited to celebrate another year of the great work being done every day by the incredible NHS team,” said Robert Corley, CEO of NHS. “This has been a challenging year, but we have a lot to celebrate. I am grateful to all of our staff for the tremendous work they have done over the past year. I am also grateful to our supporters and sponsors who continue to partner with us and help us advance our mission and serve so many in our community. Funds raised at the gala will support the programs and people served by NHS, including affordable housing, home-buyer education, resources, emergency shelter, small business and home modification loans, homelessness prevention services, and housing counseling. NHS has been providing these services to the community for more than 40 years.
