Newton Based CM Firm Adds Six

Newton, MA – STV|DPM has announce that it has hired senior project managers Kerrie Julian and Timothy MacKay; project managers Chris Andersen, Tracey Anderson and James Riefstahl; and assistant project manager, Andy Cook to lead projects in its Newton office.

Julian comes to STV|DPM from saam architecture with 24 years of architectural design and construction management experience.  Her  primary focus is in the laboratory/life sciences sector. She is currently providing project leadership at Smith & Nephew, Amgen, and several confidential clients.

MacKay spent several years with CTA Construction, TJX and Alares LLC before  joining STV|DPM. He offers more than 15 years of experience as an architect and general contractor having worked on commercial, institutional and various public sector projects. .

Andersen has spent more than six years at Pratt & Whitney in Hartford, CT, where he served as facilities & services and manufacturing production manager.  He has nearly 10 years of construction management experience in the industrial and renewable energy industry.  He  is currently supporting multiple projects at Boston Medical Center.

Riefstahl brings more than 10 years of owners project management experience to his role as project manager.  He spent five years at NV5 (Joslin, Lesser + Associates) where he served as OPM on numerous Massachusetts School Building Authority  and public higher education projects.

Anderson has supported various space planning, restack and move management projects for real estate and facility organizations over the course of her 10-year career.  She has held past positions with Fox Relocation Management, CBRE and Fort Point Management where she led projects in the education and healthcare business segments.  Anderson  has joined the in-house STV|DPM team at Pfizer in Andover, MA.

Cook comes to STV|DPM with more than 13 years of experience in facilities management. Previously he served as facilities management consultant for ISS Facility Services and CBRE at companies such as Reebok- Adidas, Partners Healthcare and Iron Mountain, where he also worked as a data center/computer operations specialist.  He is currently working with the in-house staff at John Hancock on multiple restack projects.
