New Mixed-use Property Coming to Beverly

Beverly, MA – Beverly Crossing has selected Erland Construction to construct a new 167,230sf, 6-story mixed-use property in the heart of Beverly.

Designed by SV Design to revitalize the city’s downtown, “The Block at Odell Park” will feature 106 units, an array of amenities, and 9,000sf of retail space. The new building will be constructed on a site adjacent to the Beverly Depot train station.

The Block has been designed to complement the emerging neighborhood while adding to the downtown aesthetic. A key feature is the historic incorporation of the Joseph A. Appleton Building (Hotel Walter) as a prominent corner element. The residential floors will have a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Amenities include a 2-story parking garage, lounge/billiards, fitness center, and a courtyard. The building also includes a sky lounge and roof deck with expansive views of the nearby Bass River waterfront and Odell Park.

Completion is expected December of 2022.
