New Hires Announced, Achievement Recognized

Boston – Studio G Architects announced new hires and the achievement of one of its employees with Passive House certification.

Keihly Moore, Studio G staff architect, recently completed and was re-certified as a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC). The training covered passive house building design and building science principles such as energy balance, airtightness, thermal bridge free detailing, super-insulation, high-efficiency ventilation, and moisture control.

Anthony Rodriguez joined on May 26 as Designer III. He has worked on K-12 school designs as well as municipal, residential, and institutional projects and is working towards licensure.

Also joining Studio G is Sheng Yan, through the Massachusetts Clean Energy Internship Program. As a summer intern, he will be working on gathering and analyzing Studio G’s sustainable design performance data on current and recent projects, energy modeling for current projects, and researching and helping expand the firm’s red-list free materials database. He is working closely with Studio G’s AIA 2030/Sustainability Committee to finalize the Sustainability Action Plan.
