Her projects have been defined by a collaborative process and relationship of trust with clients and end-users in order to bring the best possible design solutions to fruition. While it is important to apply best practices, she believes that healthcare design is not one-size-fits-all and essential to good design is continuously learning from observation and discussion.
Normand has nearly 15 years of experience across all project phases, from the earliest stages of project visioning through post-occupancy, she has worked on projects ranging in size from small tenant fit-outs to an 800,000sf replacement hospital. She also has expertise in master-planning for hospital campuses and health networks.
