Christiana Moss
Christiana Moss, FAIA, NCARB, founding principal of Studio Ma, will speak at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) School of Architecture + Planning on Thursday, March 11.
The lecture, “Joy Within,” will share Studio Ma’s unique design approach, rooted in the Japanese concept of ma, and examples of recent works by the nationally recognized firm.

Moss has been a national leader in creating high-performance, regenerative buildings that not only reduce resource use but even create clean water, energy and more. These include desert works such as Studio Ma’s own headquarters, Xero Studio, a completely transformed former dentist office designed to be net-zero ready. Moss has served as juror for the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Committee on the Environment, known as COTE.
