Moore Named ULI Boston/NE Manager

Tim Moore

Boston – The Boston/New England District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) announced it has brought on Tim Moore as its new manager.

He will oversee events and programming including the regional TAP (Technical Assistance Panel) program. He will work with Michelle Landers, executive director, as well as staff, volunteers and committee members, to implement the organization’s strategic plan, support member-based committees, advance marketing and communications plans, and execute programming and event logistics.

Moore brings with him nearly 10 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate and land use. Prior to joining ULI Boston/New England, he served as founder and principal at Blue Haus Group, a private real estate and economic development firm.

Previously, he was the director of new markets and development at Brooklyn-based Shelbourne Global Solutions, and also held an operations role at FBE Limited.
