Londonderry, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc., construction managers and general contractors headquartered in Manchester, recently announced that it has been awarded a new construction project by Southworth Milton, Inc. of Milford, Mass.
New-Tech Co., Inc. of Seekonk, Mass., will serve as construction manager. AMEC Foster Wheeler of Portland, Maine, is the architect, and Colby Engineering, also of Portland, is the structural engineer.
The scope-of-work will include various sections of the architectural package, such as metal stud framing, drywall, interior doors/hardware, windows, flooring, plus finish carpentry work for what will be Milton CAT’s new sales and service facility on Industrial Drive in Londonderry, N.H.
When completed, the 118,000sf complex will consist of sales and showroom space, offices, conference rooms, kitchen/break room, locker room, and a large service area.
