Mill Pond Apartments Receives Community of Quality Award

Littleton, MA, – Peabody Properties announced that Mill Pond Apartments in Littleton has received a 2021 Communities of Quality (COQ) Award from the National Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

Mill Pond Apartments was named co-winner in the exemplary development for the elderly category. The Littleton apartment community features 42 one-bedroom apartment homes and eight congregate housing apartments, a community gathering space, a pond, open fields, and a variety of resident programs including weekly coffee hours, gardening and craft programs.

Entrants in the COQ Awards are judged on how they manage their properties’ physical, financial, and social conditions and how well they convey their success in offering residents the highest quality of life. The 2021 COQ Awards were presented as part of a special luncheon and panel discussion with the winners on March 10 during the NAHMA’s Biannual Top Issues in Affordable Housing winter conference in Washington, D.C.
