Laurie McGrath
Braintree, MA – Peabody Properties, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, announced that Laurie McGrath of Weymouth has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
McGrath, who joined Peabody Properties in 1995, is vice president of affordable housing; her CPM designation was announced during the recent IREM 2021 Economic Forecast.
In addition to the CPM credential, McGrath holds multiple other industry designations, including National Affordable Housing Professional – Executive Level (NAHP-e), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Fair Housing Certification (FHC).
