Boston – More than 75 women came together on August 20th to mark the first anniversary of the Massachusetts Building Congress Women’s Network. Allsteel’s downtown roof deck was a perfect setting to celebrate a very successful year for this organization aimed at connecting women for business development; mentoring and promoting women in the A/E/C industry and recruiting more women members for the MBC.

In its first year, the MBC Women’s Network endowed an annual scholarship for young women looking to explore careers in architecture, engineering and construction fields. The group also started an annual donation to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
