Harvard, MA – Maugel Architects announced Paula Finestone has joined the firm as controller and director of human resources. She will join the management team based in the firm’s corporate office in Harvard.
She brings to the firm over 20 years of senior financial management and human resource experience. A seasoned financial executive, Finestone has a successful history of providing strategic guidance in the areas of business and financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans, and employee relations with particular expertise in employee mentoring and coaching.
