Maritza Matos-Alicea
Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies announced that Maritza Matos-Alicea has been awarded a New England Past President’s Scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to pursue a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
The New England Past President’s Scholarship encourages education and industry knowledge by assisting recipients with the cost of tuition associated with earning an IREM credential.
Matos-Alicea, who joined the Peabody Companies in September 2016, is the senior portfolio manager at Pynchon Townhomes/Edgewater Tower in Springfield. The scholarship award will cover a significant portion of the tuition associated with earning her CPM.
