Mass. Interior Design Firm Expands Leadership Team

Yarmouthport, MA – Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. (BLF&R), an architectural and interior design firm, announced the expansion of its leadership team.

Founded by former partners Peter Brown and Phil Lindquist in 1969, the Yarmouthport- based firm, has grown from just a few architects into a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of 16 talented professionals servicing Cape Cod, the Islands and the South Shore for nearly 50 years. With an eye toward the next 50 years, two of the firm’s long-standing architects have joined the firm’s leadership team as principals and partners.

Timothy Sawyer

Timothy Sawyer has been promoted to partner and principal and has also assumed the role of president of the firm. He is a licensed architect with more than 20 years of architectural and project management experience, including over 15 years at BLF&R. His design and technical expertise with waterfront buildings and flood zone construction, as well as experience on a multitude of other project types, has launched him to the forefront of the firm.

Sawyer says his eye is on ensuring the firm continues to evolve to the meet the changing needs of BLF&R’s wide variety of commercial, residential and municipal clients.

Todd Carson

Todd Carson has also been promoted to partner and principal. He has more than 17 years of architectural and project management experience, including five years with BLF&R. His expertise is in commercial architecture with a focus on financial institutions, cultural facilities, and sustainable building design. He is a licensed architect in MA, CT and RI.

Carson’s focus will be on building BLF&R’s future long-term success.

Rick Fenuccio will remain with the firm as a principal/ project architect and project manager and Kurt Raber will remain as vice president and principal.
