Maynard, MA – JM Coull (JMC), a construction manager, design builder, and general contractor, recently completed renovations for Quanterix’s new headquarters on Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica.

The two-story, 90,000sf facility combines operations from the company’s previous Lexington and Billerica sites, and includes labs, expanded manufacturing areas, offices, a café, and a fitness facility. The new building provides the necessary space to accommodate Quanterix’s continued growth as a leader in biomarker technology.

JMC worked with Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects and Fitzemeyer & Tocci on the project. The project’s preconstruction phase was completed under JMC’s two-part StartSmart® Preconstruction Program. The program seeks to minimize front-end investment while maximizing return on investment.

Quanterix develops and markets revolutionary digital biomarker analysis devices used by researchers to closely examine critical biomarkers in numerous therapeutic areas, such as oncology, neurology, cardiology, inflammation, and infectious diseases.
