Canaan, NH – North Branch Construction of Concord recently completed the new Mascoma Community Health Center in Canaan. The new single-story, 13,280sf facility is located at the corner of Roberts Road and Route 4.
New Mascoma Community Health Center
The center contains several exam rooms, offices, a pharmacy, phlebotomy lab, and nurse triage; and will provide many much-needed services to the area including general exams, dentistry, radiography, behavioral health, bariatrics, nutrition and diabetes education, and physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Stratton Brook Associates of West Simsbury provided design for the project.
Patient Reception Area
This comprehensive primary care facility is the flagship location for the new community owned and operated by Mascoma Community Healthcare, Inc, a non-profit organization developed with a mission to promote health in its communities.
The location of the new facility accommodates many communities that are not in close proximity to comprehensive medical care services. Stratton Brook Associates of West Simsbury, CT provided design for this project.
