Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc., construction managers and general contractors headquartered in Manchester, announced that they have been selected to serve in a supporting role in a renovation project for St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua.
Due to an accelerated timeframe for completion, the hospital’s facilities department has engaged Brookstone Builders to support their team in renovating the interior of an existing medical office located on Nashua’s D.W. Highway. The objective is to modify the overall floorplan to enable more efficient workflow and better patient care.
Scope of work will include adding new walls, millwork, minor electrical upgrades, and various finishes. The office will remain fully operational during the renovation, thus requiring enhanced scheduling, noise abatement, and dust abatement protocols that are commonly required when working in or around occupied space.
Ryan Ouellette will serve as Brookstone Builders’ on-site superintendent.
