Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc., construction managers and general contractors headquartered in Manchester, recently announced they have been awarded a roof replacement project by Hillsborough County of New Hampshire. Mark Brockelman will serve as Brookstone Builders’ project manager.
The scope of work will involve replacing 23,000sf of existing shingle roofs on three buildings at the county nursing home’s Mast Road campus in Goffstown with metal roofs. The metal roofs are more durable and have a much longer life span than asphalt shingles. They are also more fire-resistant.
The facility will remain fully operational during construction, and all work will be done externally to avoid direct contact with personnel and residents during the pandemic.
