Manchester, NH – Brookstone Builders, Inc., construction managers and general contractors headquartered in Manchester, recently announced it has been awarded a renovation project by Community College System of NH.
The project will involve the interior renovation of approximately 8,000sf of current classroom and lab space at Manchester Community College on Front Street. The scope of work will include interior demolition, new framing, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, drywall and finish work. When complete, the new space will feature an improved layout that will be more appropriately aligned with the school’s current courseware.
Mark Brockelman will serve as Brookstone Builders’ project manager, and Dennis Mires, P.A. of Manchester will be the project’s architects.
The Community College System of New Hampshire is an organization of seven public community colleges located throughout the state offering over 80 associate degree programs. Of the organization’s enrolled students, 95% are New Hampshire residents.
