Hopkinton, MA – Concentric Energy Advisors (Concentric), a management consulting and financial advisory services firm, hired Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects’ interior design team to space plan and refresh its corporate headquarters in Marlborough.
The existing space was challenged with maze-like circulation and isolated private offices, and conference spaces were limited.
In the remodel, a new corridor was added to provide proficient circulation from one side of the office to the other. New glass enclosed huddle rooms opened interior spaces within. Redesigned kitchen, coffee, and break rooms provide flexible meeting and collaboration spaces with a variety of furniture options.
New LED lighting, energy efficient appliances, and sustainable products were also incorporated and two existing outdoor patio spaces will be outfitted with new comfortable seating, tables and shading.
