The existing campus, which serves 800 students from Woodbury, is made up of three buildings totaling 142,000sf. Two of the buildings will be renovated-as-new as a part of the project with only the agriscience building left untouched.

As a part of the first phase of construction, extensive sitework was completed, including a reconfiguration of the bus loop for improved traffic flow and rebuilding of the parking lots.

Work on the interior included the classroom wing, culinary center, student dining hall, kitchen, and servery.

The overall project will be completed in the spring of 2020.
