Carolyn Lowe
Westfield, MA – Tighe & Bond, Inc. announced that Carolyn Lowe, PE has joined the firm as a Vice President.
Working from the Shelton, Conn. office, Lowe will collaborate with the chief operating officer to further develop project and quality management processes and training across all disciplines.
She has nearly 30 years experience in environmental engineering. She has focused on planning, design, permitting, bidding and construction services for drinking water, wastewater, building and other asset management and improvement projects. Over the last decade, she has primarily spearheaded initiatives in the areas of business development for municipal and public clients, project delivery, process improvement, and office management.
