Elsa Loehmann
Manchester, CT – Elsa Loehmann, PE has joined civil and environmental engineering firm Fuss & O’Neill as an associate in the Water and Natural Resources Business Line.
In her new position, Loehmann will lead the firm’s South Region Water Resources Practice, furthering and promoting climate resilience through stormwater management, dam safety, stream restoration, fish passage, and floodplain management services.
Loehmann is an engineer and fluvial geomorphologist with experience throughout New England and was most recently an independent watershed consultant.
She will work out of the firm’s Manchester office, and will work on projects throughout the Northeast, protecting and preserving the natural landscapes of New England.
