Yarmouth, ME – Landry/French Construction joined Patriot Insurance Company on November 20th to celebrate the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Yarmouth. Landry/French served as the construction manager on the project.

Designed by Dave Matero Architecture of Bath, the two-story building is in keeping with the neighborhood’s historic character including the steeply pitched roof and multiple dormers taken from the nearby Sparhawk Mill, a brick masonry building built in 1857. The building is the first project to go through Yarmouth’s new Route 1 Character-Based Code approval process which sets the standards for the appearance of buildings.
