Boston – Kaplan Construction has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) during an event on June 22 at Boston’s Symphony Hall.
The award honors companies creating the most enjoyable and meaningful work environments, based on anonymous employee surveys collected from companies in and around Boston. Factors considered include communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.
