Brizard came to the United States from his native Haiti, where he enjoyed active participation in the game of soccer. He continued in this sport while a student at West Roxbury High School. Shortly thereafter, he worked at a Boston radio station that catered to Haitian listeners.  He is the father of four children.

Jim Kaloutas, President of Kaloutas Painting, said, “Roger is a skilled and valued member of our team and has been for nearly two decades. During his time as a foreman, he proved, time and time again, that he has strong knowledge of our industry and the ability to meet and exceed client expectations. In promoting him to Field Manager, he will have a lead role in some of our more unique client projects, and we know that our clients will continue to be well-served by Roger.”
