Portsmouth, N.H. – JSA Inc., an architecture, planning and interior design firm, has named Sothea Cheney, Dave Gardner, and Jay Longtin, AIA, LEED AP, as associates of the firm.

Cheney is JSA’s specialist for senior living communities and healthcare. Her current projects include senior living communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England.
Gardner brings 34 years of experience in both architecture and web-based project management technology. A building technology expert, he is currently involved in the design and production of senior living communities for national clients.
Longtin, a 13 year veteran of JSA, brings depth of expertise on a wide variety of projects including privatized military housing and senior living communities. Currently he is working on the updating of a mid-century facility for short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing and adult day care in Boston.
