Portsmouth, NH – JSA Inc. has named Christine Castaldo, AIA, LEED AP; Sandra Hodge, IIDA; and Tracy Kozak, AIA, LEED AP, as principals of the firm.
Castaldo is JSA’s specialist in housing, both for senior living communities and for privatized military ventures. She has 24 years in architecture and is on the building committee for Habitat for Humanity. Her current projects include senior living communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England.
Hodge has 23 years of experience in healthcare and commercial interior design. She is JSA’s expert in senior living interior design with national clients including Epoch Senior Living, Benchmark Senior Living, Greystone Communities, Brightview Senior Living, Genesis Healthcare, and Five Star Quality Care.
A 20-year veteran of JSA, Kozak brings depth of expertise on a wide variety of award-winning projects throughout New England, including historic preservation, cancer treatment centers, higher education facilities, and Alzheimer’s communities.
