Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies announced Tammy Jordan as vice president of its new People and Culture Department.
This recently reimagined department will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a healthy and thriving organizational culture that prioritizes and places value on taking care of the Peabody team.
Jordan will oversee the People and Culture Department, including the Benefits and Learning and Development teams. With a team-member-first approach, she will provide leadership and guidance to all Peabody departments while striving to maintain an inclusive, safe, equitable, and respectful work environment for all team members. She will also collaborate with the executive leadership team to strategize and implement long-term business goals, leverage company strengths, and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Jordan’s experience in employee development and leadership training spans 17 years. Her professional career has included positions in healthcare, legal, education, hospitality, not-for-profit, and business consulting.
In addition to Jordan, members of the firm’s new People and Culture Team include Lu Masciovecchio, employee experience manager; Nicole Bresnahan, people and culture generalist; Mitchelle Frederick, talent acquisition manager; and Erin Simas, learning & development manager.
