Middletown, CT – The C.E. Floyd Company announced the promotion of Jeff Palmer and the addition of Craig Johnson and Michaela Catallozzi to the company’s Middletown office.
Palmer will manage the firm’s largest projects and increase his involvement in pre-construction. He has been with C.E. Floyd for 14 years and has managed over 40 projects for clients such as Ashlar Village of Wallingford, Fairfield Country Day School, United Methodist Home, Bryant University and Distinctive Hospitality Group.
Johnson and Catallozzi are both working on Benchmark Senior Living’s River Ridge ALZ renovation in Avon.
Johnson returns to C.E. Floyd as a project manager after three years with Honeywell ACS. Prior to that, he was with C.E. Floyd for seven years as an intern, project engineer, then project superintendent.
Catallozzi, a project engineer, transferred to Middletown from the Bedford, Mass. office. She most recently was a construction intern at Gilbane Building Company in Glastonbury.
