Raymond, NH – Jewett Construction has been selected by the Herb Chambers Companies for a renovation of its Bentley Boston auto dealership located adjacent to its Maserati, Rolls Royce and Lamborghini brands at 533 Boston Post Road in Wayland, MA.
The 4,500 SF high end renovation, designed by Regent Associates, Inc. to comply with Bentley corporate’s latest image upgrade requirements, involves a number of showroom enhancements, including the relocation of office spaces to accommodate new hospitality, service advisor and Bentley personalization areas.
Work includes demolition; new ceilings, floors and interior walls; radial partition framing; custom oak pocket doors; a combination of top-of-the line ceramic tile and carpet flooring; recessed and suspended high performance LED lighting; luxury furnishings; and new exterior signage. All work is expected to be completed by mid-spring.
This is just one of many renovation projects Jewett has undertaken for the Somerville, MA-based Herb Chambers Companies, including the winter, 2014 renovation of the neighboring Jaguar and Land Rover dealership.
