Kim Jerdon-Page
Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies, a group of property management and real estate firms, announces the promotion of Kim Jerdon-Page to compliance portfolio director.
In this new role, Jerdon-Page, who previously held the title of compliance manager, has an essential role in the effective and efficient operation of the firm by employing the technical expertise to interpret federal regulations, and requirements of agencies including LIHTC, HUD and HOME.
Prior to joining the Peabody Companies in April of 2019, she was the property manager for SHP Management Corporation in Newburyport.
