These systems have helped building owners and operators control costs, meet rising energy demands, and increase the efficiency of energy consumption allowing them to save money in more ways than one.

“Today’s advanced building systems are amazingly sophisticated, and it takes a wide range of skills and knowledge to ensure that all the systems work seamlessly and reliably, so our partners look for a contractor that they can trust to complete their complicated projects,” said Matthew Guarracino, business development manager at J.M. Electrical. “This level of expertise is important for commercial enterprises and institutions that operate with tight budgets and require customized solutions in order to gain returns on their capital investments. We are proud to provide a high level of quality that our customers have grown to expect and value – with many of these customers returning for new projects or referring us to their professional network.” J.M. Electrical tracks its customer satisfaction rate through various surveys as part of its ISO Certification and the company has achieved an average customer approval rating of over 97%.

At the individual business level, energy management is one of the biggest budgeting challenges faced by a company or institution.

J.M. Electrical installs building automation and energy management systems that not only reduce the overall energy costs for customers, but also provide long-term budget stability and system reliability. J.M. Electrical has a successful track record of working with private and public organizations to increase their energy efficiency throughout the Greater Boston region.  While advanced building systems have been the cornerstone of J.M. Electrical’s business, renewable energy is starting to take a leading role in addition to instrumentation and retrofit/performance contracting and the company plans to develop those areas of business in the years to come.
