The Dowling Building
Malden, MA – Ironwood has been hired to renovate The Dowling Building, a Malden landmark. The former Jordan Marsh Building along with other Pleasant Street shops were a buzzing shopping district in previous decades.
With the recent upgrades to the city scape including mixed use and retail developments along Pleasant, Main, and Exchange streets, the Dowling Building has been long overdue for a restoration and renovation.
The existing canopy awning will be replaced with a new marquee and louver system. New signage, lighting, façade repairs, and upgrades will complete the renovation.
The project is slated to start construction summer 2016.
