Quincy, MA – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 announced that the organization recently honored David Barrett, CPM, ARM with the 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award that was presented during a virtual ceremony held on Dec. 2.

Barrett is the president of Clifton Management Co. Inc. and RCM Services, Inc., based in Allston, and has been involved with IREM for 20 years. He served as the 2014 president of the Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4, and he currently serves on the Legislative and Public Policy Committee. He also serves as the IREM regional VP, and on the 2021 IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 board of directors.

Barrett has been a management executive in the Boston area for over 20 years.

He holds licenses as an unrestricted construction supervisor, oil burner technician, home improvement contractor, and hoisting equipment operator for the state of Massachusetts, as well as OSHA 10 and 30 certificates.

He is a certified pool operator and certified lead renovator, and has obtained dozens of trade certificates from technical institutes and held management designations from both IREM and the Community Association Institute (CAI).
