Rendering of the Prime Hyundai Dealership
Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders recently announced that it has begun construction on a Prime Hyundai dealership on behalf of Westwood-based Prime Motor Group. Located at 1022 Hingham Street in Rockland, the new 30,000sf facility will replace the former Blue Cross Blue Shield office/manufacturing warehouse that is currently located on the project site.
The Prime Hyundai dealership project scope includes the demolition of the existing 100,000sf building. The new, single-story dealership will feature a 27,000sf, 12-foot, curtain wall glass showroom and office space as well as a 3,000sf storage and parts mezzanine. Additionally, the new development will boast state-of-the-art designs and finishes that are consistent with the Hyundai brand.
The Integrated Builders team, led by superintendent Herb Volpe, project manager Brian Kidder, and assistant project manager Karen Murray, will work in close collaboration with architects The Curtis Architectural Group, structural engineers Flood Consulting, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing firm Environmental Design Engineering, Inc.
