Minneapolis, MN –  HRI Properties, LLC (HRIP) has completed a multi-million dollar refresh at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis. Under the guidance of Dallas-based design firm Studio 11 Design, the $3.5 million transformation of the 229-suite hotel includes guestrooms, the lobby, restaurant, business center and meeting space. The new look captures the energy of downtown Minneapolis while incorporating the trusted comfort for which the DoubleTree by Hilton brand is known.

The hotel lobby boasts a carefully selected collection of contemporary furnishings, ambient lighting and cozy seating that is equally modern and inviting.
