Waltham, MA – Hobbs Brook Management LLC, a pioneer in the development of office space in the Boston suburbs, recently announced that Konica Minolta Business Solutions, a leader in information management focused on enterprise content, technology optimization, and cloud services, has signed a 10-year lease for 20,000 RST at 404 Wyman Street in the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, Mass.
“Konica Minolta is proud to call 404 Wyman St. our new home. The facility and amenities of the new office are great. It is a place that all of our employees and customers are excited to be in and visit,” said Richard Homan, branch manager for Konica Minolta. “The support by Hobbs Brook in getting acclimated to the new office and surroundings has been excellent.”
The suite at 404 Wyman Street was fitted out by Majestic Construction and features an open office floor plan around the window line to allow natural light into the workstations. Private offices line the wall perimeters.

Wyman Street Advisors is the broker for all Hobbs Brook Management transactions, and Konica Minolta was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. The firm relocated from Newton where it had been operating since 2000.
