Wakefield, MA – Hobbs Brook Management LLC of Waltham, collaborating with Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA), has completed façade replacement projects at 101 and 201 Edgewater Drive office buildings in Wakefield. The new façades provide a fresh look, energy efficiency, and easier wayfinding for guests visiting the multi-tenant buildings, together totaling 175,000sf.
The project team also included general contractor Columbia Construction Company of North Reading and landscape architect Cosmos Associates of Boston.
