Joann Heltzel
Boston – City Point Partners recently announced that Joann Heltzel, a 10-year veteran of the architecture/engineering/construction industry, has been promoted to lead document control manager.
In her new role, she will lead the firm’s document control team and develop internal standards and procedures for projects, while training City Point Partners staff and the firm’s clients.
The document control group is working on some of the largest construction projects in the commonwealth, providing services on the Fitchburg Commuter Rail Extension, the Southcoast Rail project, and the Green Line Extension project, to name a few. The firm utilizes sophisticated database management tools such as E-Builder, Aconex, I-Build, and SharePoint to manage project information.
