Chuck Harlow
Hartford, CT – Chuck Harlow, PE, has been appointed to the American Council of Engineering Companies of Connecticut (ACEC/CT) Board of Directors.
He is chief traffic engineer at Fuss and O’Neil of Manchester and a 30-year veteran of the Connecticut Department of Transportation.
As a member of the seven-person board, Harlow will help direct the efforts of ACEC/CT, ensuring that infrastructure in the state of Connecticut is given proper consideration.
He will work with subcommittee members to bring programs to the transportation community, increase awareness and membership for early-career professionals and students, and ensure environmental needs are conveyed and implemented.
