Edward Dixon
Danvers, MA, Hancock Associates announced the opening of its new branch at 18 Center Street, Suite One, in Newburyport. The office is focused on serving clients in northern Essex County and southern New Hampshire and led by Edward Dixon, P.L.S., a former owner of Clipper City Survey and former partner in Oak Engineering, both of Newburyport. He was previously employed by C.T. Male Associates, worked on the Big Dig with BSC Group and was most recently affiliated with DGT-North Shore as Branch Manager.
In addition to providing land surveying, civil engineering and wetland/coastal science services, Hancock’s Newburyport office will be able to better serve area residents through the use of historical survey records from Pembroke Land Survey Company that were previously acquired by Hancock Associates. This extensive collection dates back to 1959 and gives Hancock a unique ability to complete local surveying tasks quickly and cost-effectively.
“The entire staff at the Newburyport branch is excited to join Hancock Associates and now offer our Newburyport and Plum Island area clients with civil engineering and wetland/coastal permitting services,” said Dixon.
